Hello!
I'm linking up with Tara at Fourth Grade Frolics for a Monday Made It!
3 things to share with you this week - next week I hope to have at least one home craft to share!
An animation update!
It's been crazy at school and I feel way behind on my animation project. This afternoon we had a go at making some (very very) simple cut out animations. We planned a simple story board and made backgrounds last week. Today they made the simple characters and took a series of photos which they saved into a folder. I then helped them import the photos into Windows Movie Maker to create a simple animation. Here are two that managed to complete their projects. Hardly award winning but pretty good for 7 year olds on a first attempt! What do you think?
It was meet the teacher day today. The current Hedgehogs class came to see me (Otters class) for the morning. I found a simple otter craft on tpt here (by Miss Kindergarten Love).
Instead of copying onto brown paper, I copied onto white and had the children tear sugar, construction and tissue paper to make their otters. They wrote what made them unique as I will be making a display of 'Like no Otter' (as suggested in the pack) ready for September when they move into my class.
Some are more unique than others but all are very cute!
I've made myself an instagram account so I can join in the Blog Hoppin' fun!
